Sanderling

The Sanderling (Calidris alba,) is a circumpolar Arctic breeder, and winters to South America, South Europe, Africa, and Australia. Medium size sandpiper. Primarily monogamous, but the female will lay eggs for different males. Together they're known as a grain.

She was Chinese that Sanderling, so we called her ling ling.
